on-line registration process of our University for the academic year 2014-15 for admission to B.Tech, B.Pharm & B.Arch courses is going to commence from the 18th of August, 2014. It shall be open till 12th September, 2014 midnight.
After the completion of on-line process submission of hard copies of Registration Forms to the University shall commence as per the schedule which is mentioned below.
For filling up the Registration Form, following guidelines should be followed:
1. Registration Form is available online at www.wbut.ac.in . Click Registration.
2. Students will enter according to the Password provided by the college and will take printout of
the filled up forms and will submit to the college along with supporting documents and requisite
registration fees;
3. College will check the registration forms (duly filled in) from their own login I-d and approve
the same after normal verification;
4. Registration Forms and Documents are to be submitted to the Registrar's Department. The
college will remain liable for providing all correct information;
5. Re-admitted Students are to fill up the Registration Form. The Colleges are directed to submit
the same in seperate packets to the University.
6. Those colleges who are taking admission in the Management Quota seats should follow the
Govt. Order No. 268/Edn(T)/4E-10/12 dated 18th June, 2014.
7. Registration Certificates will not be issued unless form is substituted with relevant
documents.
Important Dates:
Date of online submission of Registration Forms: On and from 18th August, 2014.
Date of submission of Registration Forms (hard Copy) by the college to the University : 18th September, 2014 to 24th September, 2014 (Excluding weekend holidays and other Govt. holidays) and as per banking hours.
Fees:
Registration Fees: Rs. 400/-
Development Fees : Rs. 550/- per year (to be paid at a time according to the duration of Course)
[ The fees should be submitted in Draft drawn in favour of West Bengal University of
Technology payable at Kolkata. Colleges are to bring the Draft separately for Registration Fees and Development Fees. Application, inspection and affiliation fees are to be paid at least one day prior to the date of submission of hard copies of registration. Photocopies of challans of all fees paid should be produced at the time of submission of hard copies. ]
