Applications are invited in prescribed format from the Indian citizen and eligible candidates for the following posts under Khirpai Municipality.
Applications are invited as per prescribed format with self attested copies of testimonials is support of educational qualification, age proof., Cast certificate from appropriate Govt. authority,
experience and any other extra curriculum activity if any. Three recent passport size photograph with full signature of the candidate and one self addressed envelope with postage stamp of Rs.30/-, there on must reach to the office of the Khirpai Municipality, Post- Khirpai, P.S-
Chandrakona, Dist- Paschim Medinipur, Pin- 721232 before 2 P.M on 29/11/2014.
One copy of the photographs should be pested with the application and other two copies be pasted with prescribed Admit Card.
The envelop must be superscript with the name of the post for which application being submitted and category.
Application can be dropped in the drop box kept in the office of The Chairman, Khirpai Municipality on working days. Application by Registered post only will also be accepted. application by courier service will not be accepted. The authority will not be responsible for any posted delay in the matter of delay in receipt of application. Candidate will be selected through written and Viva. Those candidate who will score a minimum
cut off marks in written test will be called for Viva. The schedule of examination will be intimated to the candidates through call letter before written test. Municipal authority will not be responsible for postal delay in servicing of call letter to the candidate. Candidate can apply only for a single post in case of Sl No.01 to 04, candidate if desire to apply in Sl No-05 separate application form should be submitted. No traveling allowance will bear.
